Attendance & Seating
When do tickets go on sale?
General admission and VIP packages open August 5 at 10 AM CST. Newsletter subscribers receive 48-hour early access.
Are seats assigned?
VIP packages include reserved front-row seating. General admission is first-come, first-served with ushers assisting groups.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Email tickets@revelontherunway.com at least 24 hours before the show with the new guest name.
Is the venue accessible?
Absolutely. ADA seating, step-free entry, and assistive listening devices are available. Let us know your needs during checkout.
Show Logistics
What To Expect On Event Night
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 6 PM with pre-show activations. Runway lights go up promptly at 7 PM. VIP guests can access the lounge at 5:30 PM.
Is there a dress code?
We love expressive style! Cocktail attire is encouraged; VIP guests often opt for black tie. Please avoid backpacks for security reasons.
Can I bring a camera?
Phones and small DSLRs are welcome. Flash photography is not allowed during the show. Media outlets should request credentials.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes. Local chefs curate small bites and signature cocktails in the Revel Market. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.

Designers, Models & Volunteers
How do designers apply?
Submit your portfolio and concept via our application form. Final selections are made by July 31.
Do you accept emerging models?
Yes. Our casting is open to all experience levels. Workshops are provided for first-time runway talent.
Can I volunteer backstage?
We rely on community volunteers for wardrobe, hospitality, and guest services. Sign up through Get In Touch.
Are stipends available?
Designers receive production support and media assets; models are compensated with a stipend plus portfolio imagery.
Policies
Health, Safety & Sustainability
What is your health policy?
We follow current Minnesota guidelines. Hand sanitizing stations are on-site and masks are optional for guests.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event. After that, tickets can be transferred to another guest.
How do you address sustainability?
We prioritize local production partners, recycle set materials, and donate unused food. Designers are encouraged to provide garment impact statements.
